Terms and conditions for website, applicable as 29 june 2006.

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply within the distance sales service of EDEALS SARL society, all sales with customers through website.

Any order placed on website necessarily implies the unconditionnal acceptance by the customer of these conditions conditions of sale.

Only published terms of the date of order apply. they are made known to the CUSTOMER on the order placed by the CUSTOMER, which will be accepted before any confirmation of that.


These terms are intented to fix contractual provisions relating to rights and obligations of the PARTIES, as part of selling PRODUCTS on website.

These terms do not grant in any case the CUSTOMER employee, representative or agent quality of EDEALS SARL company. PARTIES further state that these CGT may under no circumstances be considered as a measure of legal person or any legal entity, and any form of "affectio societatis" is strictly excluded frome their relationships.


All products ared described by EDEALS SARL company as acurately as possible based on information provided by suppliers or on packaging. In no case, EDEALS SARL responsability can be involved. In case of doubt about characteristics of a PRODUCT, the CUSTOMER may contact EDEALS SARL by phone at 02 28 23 19 29 or via contact form. The photographs illustrating the PRODUCTS not enter the contractual field. If errors occur, in no caseEDEALS SARL responsability can be engaged.


All orders placed on are payable on order.

Prices are quoted in euros (€) all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping. Displayed prices include VAT applicable on the day of conclusion of the CONTRACT. any rate change will be reflected in the price of PRODUCTS.

For all products shipped outside the European Union and overseas territories, the price is calculated automatically excluding-tax on the bill. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties os states taxes may be payable. These rights are not within the puview of the company EDEALS SARL and are the responsabilty of the CUSTOMER. PRODUCTS ordred are charged at prevailing prices at the time of the order. Delivery costs depend on the destination and the type and / or amount of PRODUCTS chosen by the CLIENT.


PRODUCTS ordered and offers by EDEALS SARL are valid only within the limits of available stocks. PRODUCTS the offers and prices are valid until they are visible on the site and in the stocks. The information on product availability are provided for guidance at the time of ordering. In case of unavailability of PRODUCTS after placing the order, the CUSTOMER will be notified by email, mail or phone as soon as possible. For a payment made by chèque, in case of unavailability of all or part of the order, the order will be canceled and the chèque returned to the CUSTOMER. No partial shipment is made when paying by chèque. For payments made by credit card, in case of total unavailability of the commodity, the order will be canceled and the CUSTOMER will not be charged.


Special offers proposed by EDEALS SARL are only available in the limit of available stock. There may be at times, offers reserved for customers of the company SARL EDEALS partners, clubs or businesses.


EDEALS SARL undertakes to accept the order of the CUSTOMER in terms of these CONDITIONS OF SALE. The CUSTOMER may order:

Pursuant to Article 1369-5 of the French Civil Code relating to the conclusion of an electronic contract, the CUSTOMER can view the time of the order and its total price, corrected for errors, before confirming it to express acceptance.

EDEALS SARL retains ownership of  PRODUCTS until full settlement of the order, that is to say the collection of the price of the order by the company EDEALS SARL.

EDEALS SARL can not bear the risks of the PRODUCTS to the delivery thereof to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER on the order form.


9.1 – Delivery time

To deliver PRODUCTS, EDEALS SARL company has a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of the order, but the goods 'non-standard', including regional punches La Boule Bleue, additional time may be agreed in consultation with the CUSTOMER.

PRODUCTS are delivered to the shipping address provided by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process. The delivery includes the time of preparing the package and delivery time.

If paying by chèque, the order will be processed upon receipt thereof. Accordingly, the time limits applicable in this case are those to chèque the reception day and can be modified and different from those listed on the day of placing the order. Shipping times indicated on the PRODUCTS records and during the validation of the order are for information purposes only and under no circumstances be the subject of a complaint if they are exceeded.

CUSTOMER have to check the conformity of goods delivered at the time of delivery. Any anomaly concerning the PRODUCT (damage, PRODUCT missing compared to the delivery order, damaged package, PRODUCTS broken, defective ...) must be reported to EDEALS SARL company upon receipt of the package and in the shortest time (3 days maximum).

9.2 - Return

If the CUSTOMER package is returned by SARL EDEALS company provider for the following reason : does not reside at the address stated, unclaimed package during the pendency period, parcels refused by the addressee when delivery, the parcel will be returned to the customer against payment of postage for this second expedition.

In case of non-compliance proven well delivered, EDEALS SARL company will exchange the product or refund the CUSTOMER.


10.1 - Legal warranties

If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty, you should inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving your name, address and order reference.
Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

10.2 - Commercial warranties

Certain products sold on the Site may benefit from a commercial guarantee whose duration is mentioned on the product page of the articles concerned.
In addition to the legal warranties above, the Consumer benefits from the following commercial guarantee:
- For competition petanque balls: contractual warranty against any defect that may present the product for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase (date of order).
- For leisure balls: contractual warranty against any defect that may present the Product for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (date of order).
- For accessories / clothing: contractual warranty against any defect that may present the Product for a period of seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the Product.

To benefit from this warranty, it is imperative to keep the invoice for the purchase of the Product.
In addition, for the garments, the contractual guarantee will be able to play only if the following conditions are fulfilled:
- the product has not been worn (just tried);
- all labels and protective films are present on the Product;
- the Product must be in perfect condition;
- the plastic packaging must surround the Product.
This warranty will not apply in the event of a problem caused by the negligence, deterioration or inappropriate use of the product by the Internet user.

10.3 - Warranty implementation

For lack of conformity, the CUSTOMER must mention upon receipt of the package and that as soon as possible (within 3 days), in accordance with Article 9 of these Terms, all of the lack of conformity to EDEALS SARL company, and in particular via the website with following information :

  • Number of order
  • Name, First name and adress
  • Reference of items to be returned
  • Reason(s) of return for non-compliance

this guarantee is limited to normal use of the PRODUCT.

If the defect is proven, the CUSTOMER may either obtain compensation for the PRODUCT within 30 days or replacement.

Assuming customer choice creates a manifestly disproportionate cost compared to the other option available to him, in view of the value of the PRODUCT or the importance of the defect, the EDEALS SARL reserves the right to opt for the second solution offered.

Similarly, in the case of replacement or repair impossible, EDEALS SARL company undertakes to return the price within 14 days in exchange for the return of the product by the customer at the following address : EDEALS SARL Service Clients 26bis, rue du Marché Commun – CS 93206 44332 NANTES Cedex 3.

EDEALS SARL is not liable for visible defects that the CLIENT could see by himself and he could be convinced. However, under Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, all PRODUCTS receives the legal warranty against hidden defects that make them unfit for the use for which they are intended, or that decrease this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have paid a lower price if he had known. Shipping costs include a contribution to costs of preparation and packaging as well as transport costs.

They are based on the destination and the type and / or amount of PRODUCTS chosen by the CUSTOMER.

The CUSTOMER will think together all his articles on a single command. EDEALS SARL company can not combine two separate orders and shipping costs are charged for each. Shipping costs are due to each order.

For France, the estimated shipping appears on each product and, if control of several products, a simulation of delivery charges can be carried in the basket.

CUSTOMER can always pass a dummy command canceled before confirmation.

Orders weighing more than 30 kg are delivered by a special carrier which results in higher delivery costs borne by the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER will be notified by EDEALS SARL at the time of confirmation of the order, terms and costs.

Shipping costs are free for orders over 265 euros T.T.C. delivered in metropolitan France. This offer is available for any order placed on the site. Return costs are still borne by the CLIENT. The shipment of returned products must be carried out in the port "paid", the port returns "due" are automatically rejected.

Since 1 July 2013, the company operating the Coliposte Colissimo brand now invoice transport by air volumetric weight. That is to say that a very large package will be taxed on its volume, not weight. If your package is very large, we reserve the right to contact you to let you know the amount of additional shipping costs. If you buy cups and trophies, it is likely that you are affected by this rule. Buying bowling balls is never affected by this rule.  


12.1 - Loyalty program

For each order placed on the site, points equivalent to 5% of the amount H.T. of your order are credited to your account.

Points are calculated from the amount H.T. products, so that our customers export or exempt T.V.A. can benefit from this program. However, your voucher will be applied to your order T.T.C..

12.3 - Validity ans exchange of points

The loyalty points are valid for 1 year, renewable for each order placed (the passage of a new order extends the period of validity of your points by one year).

To obtain your voucher, simply make your request to redeem points in your account, section "Loyalty". The voucher is valid for 1 year, excluding shipping and without minimum order. It can not be combined with other discount codes.


CUSTOMER has different means of payment.

13.1 - Payment by Credit Card online

CUSTOMER select one of the payment methods offered on the site: National Credit card, Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa.

Transactions are conducted in a secure environment with SSL standards. Your data is encrypted. EDEALS SARL has no access to your banking information, and does not store your data.

13.2 - Payment by Chèque

To pay by chèque, the CUSTOMER must print the screen that summarizes the order.

If the CUSTOMER has no printer, you must simply send the order with full contact details on plain paper - stating his name, order number, complete address and telephone number. CUSTOMER must send everything with his paycheck signed in order to EDEALS SARL stamped envelope to the current rate. The check must be issued by a bank domiciled in France or Monaco, and in euros. The order will be definitively validated and the delivery triggered from the date of receipt of the chèque.

13.3 - Payment by PayPal

If you have a PayPal account you can pay with it. In this case, the CUSTOMER will be redirected to PayPal after ordering.

The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

13.6 - Payment by par Administrative mandate

Communities, town halls or administrative organizations, have the opportunity to pay by administrative mandate. For this, the Customer must print the order summary or complete paper order. This is to be returned with the administrative mandate completed form with contact information, billing information and chosen payment method (check or bank transfer). The CUSTOMER agrees to pay the bill in a legal maximum of 45 days.

13.7 - Late payment

Any delay in payments will bear interest at the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation plus 10 percentage points. In addition, it will apply a lump sum of 80 € for recovery costs. (art. L.441-3, art. L.441-6 et art. D.441-5 du Code de Commerce).


To counter any possible misuse of the credit card of the CUSTOMER, EDALS SARL uses a secure payment system SSL standards, the most secure encryption protocol and most currently prevalent. The bank details of the CUSTOMER are encrypted directly (the maximum standards allowed by the authorities or 128 bits) and routed to the company's payment agency EDEALS SARL "SCELLIUS / La Banque Postale", bypassing the site www.petanqueshop .com. EDEALS SARL never receives the bank authorization and has no access to your information. The transaction is directly managed by the bank. EDEALS SARL company does not store any banking information. On the bank statement of the CUSTOMER, the debtor will be PETANQUESHOP.


Items provided by EDEALS SARL company are new and guaranteed against defects. Some PRODUCTS sold used, but in this case the statement is stipulated in the PRODUCT record. None PRODUCT will be returned or exchanged if it has been used to alter its appearance or characteristics. The Customer consumer has a withdrawal period of 100 (hundred) days from the receipt of the PRODUCT to return.

If the PRODUCT is not appropriate to the expectations of the CUSTOMER, the shipping and return are borne by the CUSTOMER. The returns should be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, notice, label ...) for their remarketing in new condition. All returns must be requested in advance by contact form stating :

    • Number of order
    • Name, First name and adress
    • Reference of items to be returned
    • Photography of tiems before dispatch

We will confirm you the good reception by return mail.

PRODUCTS ordered that have been customized (Engraving, Marking, flocking, screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, digital printing, etc ...), liklely to deteriorate or expire quickly and caps,  may in no case be returned for any reason other than a defect is discovered.


PRODUCTS ordered with personalization (engraving, marking, flocking, screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, digital printing, etc ...) can not be exchanged or refunded.

Also, can not be exchanged or refunded, the bowling balls whose manufacture is considered "non-standard", namely :

      • LA BOULE BLEUE balls having one or more of the following characteristics
        • a diameter greater than or equal to 77 millimeters ;
        • a weight less than or equal to 665 grams ;
        • a weight greater than or equal to 725 grams ;
        • having a striation (not smooth ball).
      • FUTURA and UNIBLOC balls having the following feature: a weight greater than or equal to 720 grams.
      • BOULES LYONNAISES made to order, unless they are in stock on the site.


In the case of recovery of articles on the grounds of non-satisfaction, the refund will be an amount equal to the sum of returned items. This will take place within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of / or PRODUCTS, but the shipping costs are not reimbursed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the PRODUCT.

In the case of an exchange, if the new article is of less value than the exchanged item, the difference is refunded and this refund shall be made within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt / or PRODUCTS, but shipping costs are not reimbursed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.

In the case of an order cancellation, the repayment method differs depending on the method of payment and the cancellation period.

In case of an error on the part of PetanqueShop, please contact us within 14 (fourteen) days. If the error is proven, you will be refunded the product. Return costs, if any, will be at our expense. To guarantee a quality follow-up of our orders, the preparation, ie the parceling, is filmed. We are able to know exactly what is in each package.


All the texts, comments, illustrations and images reproduced on the site are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the world. As such and in accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property, the only authorized use for private use subject to different rules, even more restrictive code of intellectual property. EDEALS SARL company undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information the CUSTOMER communicates. This information is confidential and will only be used by the internal services of EDEALS SARL for the treatment of the order of the CUSTOMER and / or make him eligible for promotional offers.

The fact that one party did not require the application of any provision of these Terms, whether permanently or temporarily, shall under no circumstances be regarded as waiver of that provision. These Terms do not confer any exclusivity in the provision of benefits, or guarantee or amount of market share to the CUSTOMER. If any provision of these Terms were to be invalid under a law or regulation in force and / or a court having authority of res judicata, it will be deemed unwritten, but don ' affect the validity of the remaining provisions which remain fully applicable. The parties will in this case to agree a new provision to replace the null and irrelevant, given that the new provision will have to comply as much as possible the spirit and the economic impact on parts of the provision replaced.


Any order placed by the Customer of an amount exceeding one hundred and twenty (120) euros T.T.C. will be archived by the site for a period of ten (10) years. The interpretation and enforcement of these Conditions of Sale, as well as all acts that will be the result, are subject exclusively to French law. In case of dispute between the parties regarding the interpretation, implementation or termination of the contract and induced benefits, the parties shall endeavor to settle it amicably. Any dispute with respect to CLIENT professional title or particular damages arising out of the interpretation and / or execution of the Court's exclusive jurisdiction of Commerce 44000 NANTES.
